Our guide will pick you up from your hotel in Marsa Alam about an hour before check-out time, at 5:00 a.m., and drive you in an air-conditioned vehicle to the Edfu Temple.
Upon arrival at Edfu, you will begin your visit to the "Edfu Temple," dedicated to the god Horus. This temple is considered one of the finest examples of ancient Egyptian architecture and is the second largest after Karnak. You will then stop for lunch at a local restaurant before continuing your journey to Kom Ombo to visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek. The temple, built around 220 BC by Ptolemy VI Philometor, consists of the Haroeris Temple and the Sobek Temple. You will also have the chance to explore nearby tombs and admire the pharaoh-themed pillars in the main hall. Finally, your guide will drive you back to your hotel in Marsa Alam, where a company representative will meet you.
