In the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and transfer you to the airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, our guide will meet you to start your private tour.
Giza Pyramids
The Pyramids of Giza are the only surviving wonder of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World and one of the most famous monuments globally. The three main pyramids are the Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Menkaure.
Queen's Pyramids
Explore smaller pyramids, where the wives and relatives of the pharaohs were buried, along with labor villages, temples, and tombs.
Great Sphinx of Giza
Marvel at the Great Sphinx, a giant limestone statue carved to represent a lion with a human head. Originally painted red ochre and featuring a chin beard, the Sphinx has stood the test of time and remains one of Egypt's iconic symbols.
Khafre Valley Temple
Next, visit the Valley Temple, used for the embalming of the king’s mummy before burial, where sacred rituals were performed.
Lunch
Take a break and enjoy a traditional Egyptian lunch at a local restaurant (drinks not included).
Egyptian Museum of Antiquities
Continue your tour with a visit to the Egyptian Museum, home to over 25,000 artifacts from ancient Egypt. The museum boasts a remarkable collection, including treasures from King Tutankhamun’s tomb, which were discovered by Howard Carter in 1922.
Khan El-Khalili Market
Conclude your Cairo tour with a visit to the bustling Khan El-Khalili market. Known as Cairo’s primary market, it’s full of local handicrafts, souvenirs, and vibrant activity, offering a truly authentic Egyptian experience.
Afterward, you will be transferred to Cairo Airport for your flight back to Sharm El Sheikh, where we will take you back to your hotel, ending your memorable day trip to Cairo.
