In the morning, a tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle to begin your exciting tour. The day’s itinerary includes the following highlights:
Giza Pyramids
The Pyramids of Giza are the only surviving wonder of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, making them some of the most iconic structures globally. The three main pyramids of Giza are the Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Menkaure.
Queen’s Pyramids
You will also visit smaller, secondary pyramids where the wives of the pharaohs were buried, along with labor villages, temples, and tombs.
The Great Sphinx of Giza
The Great Sphinx is a massive Egyptian statue carved from the limestone of the Giza Plateau. It depicts a reclining lion with the head of a human and a headdress. Originally painted red ochre and sporting a chin beard, much of it has eroded over time.
The Egyptian Museum of Antiquities
Your tour will continue at the Egyptian Museum, home to an extensive collection of artifacts from ancient Egypt. The museum features over 25,000 pieces of art spanning 5,000 years, including the famous treasures of Tutankhamun, discovered by Howard Carter in 1922.
Afterward, you will enjoy a break for lunch at a local restaurant.

Next, you’ll visit Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s bustling primary market. This vibrant market is always full of locals and tourists, offering a wide range of items. Explore the various stalls and pick up some unique local crafts.
