In the morning, a tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle to start your exciting day of exploration in Egypt. Your tour will include the following visits:
Giza Pyramids
The Pyramids of Giza are the only remaining Wonder of the Ancient World, making them some of the most iconic structures in the world. The three major pyramids include the Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Menkaure.
Queen's Pyramids
Next, you'll visit the smaller secondary pyramids, where the queens and other members of the royal family were buried, along with ancient labor villages, temples, and tombs.
Great Sphinx of Giza
The Great Sphinx, a colossal statue carved from limestone, is one of Egypt's most famous landmarks. This iconic statue represents a lion with a human head and was originally painted red ochre with a beard, though much of this has worn away over time.
The Egyptian Museum of Antiquities
Next, you'll head to the Egyptian Museum, home to an invaluable collection of over 25,000 artifacts spanning 5,000 years of Egyptian history. The museum showcases the treasures of Tutankhamun, including his tomb’s furniture and jewelry, which were discovered by Howard Carter in 1922.
Lunch
After your museum visit, you'll enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, where you’ll have the chance to sample traditional Egyptian cuisine. (Drinks not included.)
Khan El Khalili Bazaar
Your day continues with a visit to the famous Khan El Khalili Bazaar, the heart of Cairo’s bustling market scene. Here, you can shop for unique local handicrafts, souvenirs, and more, while experiencing the lively atmosphere of one of Cairo's oldest and most famous marketplaces.
After the tour, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel for some well-deserved rest.

This is a private tour, where we will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo and transfer you to Alexandria. Located about three hours from Cairo, Alexandria is Egypt's second most important city, founded by Alexander the Great in the 4th century BC. Alexandria was once one of the most important cultural and commercial centers of the ancient world. Upon arrival in Alexandria, we will begin our tour with a visit to:
Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa
The Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, built during the Roman era, are a fascinating underground burial site consisting of three levels. The decorations within the catacombs blend Egyptian and Roman styles, showcasing the influence of both cultures.
Pompey’s Column
Next, we’ll visit Pompey’s Column, a 25-meter-high granite pillar that stands as a Greek monument dedicated to Emperor Diocletian, who liberated the city from famine in the 4th century.
Alexandria Library
We will also visit the new Library of Alexandria, which draws inspiration from the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria and the god Amun-Ra. This modern library houses multiple libraries, a planetarium, three museums, a laboratory, and a printing press. Note: The library is closed on Fridays and Saturdays, but you can still view the exterior.
Abu al-Abbas Mosque
We’ll pass by the stunning Abu al-Abbas al-Mursi Mosque, a beautiful example of architectural design influenced by ancient Egyptian buildings. The mosque was constructed between 1929 and 1945 and is one of Alexandria’s most iconic landmarks.
Lunch
After a day of sightseeing, we will enjoy lunch at a restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean. The meal will feature traditional Egyptian dishes such as meats, rice, and salads (drinks not included).
Qaitbay Citadel
Our final stop is the Qaitbay Citadel, built on the site of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria (one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World). This defensive fortress was constructed in 1480 by Sultan Qaitbay and offers beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.
After the tour, we will return you to your hotel in Cairo.
After breakfast at the hotel, our representative will transfer you to the airport. They will assist you with the final check-out and ensure a smooth departure process at the airport.
